If we cannot deliver a session due to weather, it will be fully refunded or rescheduled where possible.

Client Cancellations

Sessions missed due to personal reasons are non-refundable. We'll try to reschedule within your stay.

Multi-Session Packages

Only sessions cancelled by us due to weather are eligible for refund.
